ZLA series high-efficiency double-stage vacuum oil purifier is a typical product,
developed and produced by Wanmei company as a special equipment for dehydration,
degassing, purification process of various kinds of insulating oils in electrical
transformers and circuit breakers etc. It is designed on vacuum drying principle,
coalescence and separation technique, accurate fine filtration and other Wanmeipatented technique.

Characteristics:

1.It adopts large-area three-dimension flash distillation technique for unique, high
efficiency dehydration and degassing process.

2.Safe electric heating system ensure even heating and constant oil temperature.
3.Precise fine multi-stage filtration system: The element is of high quality material,
with big capacity of containing pollutants, good mechanic strength.

4.Advanced pressure protection device and infrared oil level control system, simnple
and safe in operation.

5.The equipment adopts chain control system in draining water and gas. No oil leaking
from the outlet of vacuum pump, which will extend the life of vacuum pump.

6.This machine can be used together with BZ transformer oil regenerating equipment
to get rid of acid, dyes, free carbon, etc.
