ZLA series can be utilized in purification of various types of insulating oils, especially
the deep purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil andsuper-voltage transformer oil. It can be used for field operation in over 100KVtransformer station, specially in high-latitude areas. ZLA series also can beadopted as dryness equipment of electric facilities, and it can replace vacuum oil
adding machine to implement vacuum oiling for electric equipment. It also canbe used as high-efficiency purification equipment for other low-viscosity lubricating
oils.

Characteristics:

1.Double-stage,high vacuum, and high pumping speed that can remove the water and
gas in the oil quickly and efficiently to improve the drying degree, breakdown voltage
and the effect of one-time filtration, and shorten the disposal period ofoil treatment.

2.Advanced dewatering and degassing system that use large area three-dimensional
flash vaporization technology to remove the harmful composition in the oil, such
as water, gas etc.

3.Precise filtration system, multi-stage filtration, it can remove mechanical impurity
in oil; high-quality filter medium is corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength
and wear well.

4.Sensitive automatic pressure protection device and infrared liquid level control
system make the operation simple and safe.

5.It possesses vacuum air pumping and vacuum oil adding function. It can be used
to treat low-viscosity lubricating oils. Compared with single-stage vacuum oil purifier,
it can enhance efficiency for over three times.
