The machine is mainly used to purify the steam turbine oil and low viscosity lubricating
oil with high water content and heavily emulsified. Due to the obvious effectof breaking emulsification and dehydration, it is widely used in the powerplants and factories. It can also break emulsification, dehydrate and remove the water in the steam turbine oil and low viscosity lubricating oil on line by connecting the machine to the oil route of the equipment using oil, which can reachthe goal of all-around purification without stopping the machine.

Characteristics:

1.Integrated precision-filtration and high-efficiency dehydration functions, it can
break emulsification structure of oil and water, separate free water in medium. After
treated, free water content is lower than 80PPM.It can filter solid particulatein oil and enhance cleanness up to stage NAS7 and above.

2.High-precision filtration element, large bilge capacity, long-life filtration core,
high-efficiency dehydration.

3.Does not need heating, pumping, high-speed centrifugation, and low operation fee.
4.Never change physical and chemical property of oil and prolong its working life.
5.Function of disabled filtration medium alarm, overload protection.

6.Automatic drainage and computation.

7.Remove free water and solid pollutants in oil. By-pass and on-line filtration available.
